With the firm since 2008, Daiana Lemos has extensive experience advising national and multinational companies in the industrial, tourism, aviation, and services sectors. Her practice focuses on civil, commercial, administrative, labor, and tourism litigation, as well as debt recovery.

She has particular expertise in Labor Law, providing comprehensive counsel that ranges from preventive advisory work, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance to active representation of companies before Wage Councils and in collective bargaining negotiations.
