With more than nineteen years of professional experience, Gerardo Azarola specializes in the strategic management of complex disputes, focusing on litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution in Civil, Commercial, Administrative, and Customs matters.
His five-year tenure as a Judge within the Uruguayan Judiciary provides him with a deep understanding of contentious proceedings and strengthens his expertise in statutory interpretation and the defense of corporate interests. He leads the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice, as well as its Commercial, Customs, and Administrative Law areas.
